Ross Greene, an expert psychologist on treating explosive children and creator of Collaborative Problem Solving, says, “Children do well if they can” (The Explosive Child, 2005, p. 16). 

For many children, this can be challenging, even for adults. 

The Zones of Regulation is a transformative curriculum that empowers you to master emotional regulation and problem-solving. This curriculum equips you with the skills to manage your emotions confidently, fostering success in both academic and personal settings.

            Each session is filled with engaging activities that help you develop practical 

            strategies, including calming techniques, cognitive strategies, and sensory support.

The Zones of Regulation es un programa transformador que te permite dominar la regulación emocional y la resolución de problemas. Este programa te proporciona las habilidades para gestionar tus emociones con confianza, fomentando el éxito tanto en el ámbito académico como personal.

Cada sesión está repleta de actividades interesantes que te ayudan a desarrollar estrategias prácticas, incluidas técnicas de calma, estrategias cognitivas y apoyo sensorial.

his stage of life can be uncertain, confusing, and awkward, often accompanied by overwhelming feelings of shame. Many parents find it uncomfortable to discuss these topics with their children. As a Life Orientation teacher for grades 6 and 7, I have refined my ability to share the facts honestly and informally. The workshops I facilitate are specifically designed to engage children, provide accurate information, and promote a more positive body image.
